It All Begins Here
This gallery presents a curated selection of our Afghan rugs through stylised visualisations and real photographs, offering a sense of how each piece interacts with space, light, and material. We work with three primary yarn types, each shaping the character of the rug in a distinct way.
Walyati wool, machine-spun and dyed with chrome-based pigments, gives clarity, strength, and crisp colour definition.
Chobi wool, hand-spun and dyed using natural pigments, offers a softer, more organic expression, with gentle variations that bring warmth and depth.
Our premium Belgium thread, also chrome-dyed, is used for the finest pieces, where a smoother finish and greater precision allow for more intricate detail.
The rugs are woven in densities ranging from 160,000 to 360,000 knots per square metre, where higher knot counts create greater refinement, sharper definition, and a more detailed visual language.
